We are very pleased to introduce Bata, yoga teacher and Reiki Master. Please consider receiving Reiki, if you haven't already done so, because it is so beneficial.

Reiki is a powerful ancient hands-on healing technique that taps into Universal Life Energy. This energy is always available to us - if we know how to access it! And Reiki opens this door.

Reiki Level I

Course content

What is Reiki? - Introduction covers Reiki history, Reiki principles, endocrine system and chakras.

Reiki works to heal mind, body, spirit and emotions so the course looks at the mind body connection and the dynamics of healing.

The Reiki I attunement - A student has 4 attunements during the 2 day course. The attunement is a process through which the student has their energy channels opened to receive the Reiki energy. The attunement process itself is a very simple and quite brief, however it is done during a group meditation.

The Reiki treatment - At this level we explain the process of hands on healing. We cover the preparatory procedures for Reiki and hand positions for treating self and others while doing a Reiki body treatment.

Time for practice – The course aims to provide a student with sufficient time to experience a self treatment and to give Reiki treatment to another workshop member in a very supporting and a nurturing environment. We cover reiki treatments for common ailments like menstrual pains, backache, headaches, toothache, colds... Then how to apply Reiki during pregnancy, how to give Reiki to babies and children. How to apply Reiki to animals and plants.

Every student has enough time to ask all the questions that may appear. The best side of the course is that every student gets 2 days of practical knowledge and enough experience to go and heal self and others.

Reiki Level II

Course content:

The individual’s strength of Reiki is substantially increased by using the Reiki symbols.

A student gets one attunement on the first day and a booster attunement on the second day of the course

The Reiki symbols – Three of the Usui Reiki symbols are taught. We cover the power symbol which increases the strength of Reiki, the symbol for distant healing and the symbol for mental and emotional healing.

Absent healing procedure is explained and practiced. Further applications of the functions for the symbols are covered. For example how to clear negative energy from rooms and how to bring healing power into your house.

A very important part of the course is sending healing to your past issues and to future events that may happen, like important interviews, exams, surgery, etc.

Time to practice – ample time is given for the students to practice using the healing functions of each of the symbols.

Some students want to work with Reiki but can feel uncomfortable about charging fees for a treatment. The course looks briefly at some of the issues involved.
