We have planned a magnificent weekend consisting of both practical and theoretical components that will explore amongst many things:

Practical exercises will be both dynamic and varied, and aim to increase the physical energy and unleash the life force.  This will involve specific breathing techniques, meditations, and processes done both singularly and in partners.
