This two part work shop will give you both practical and theoretical tools to achieve your goal weight.

Learn how to let go of weight in an easygoing, practical and joyful way which does not involve any suffering. All that is required is willingness and some of your attention.

The benefit of doing this is freedom from weight problems for life.

 

Part 1 - Arpardi Breathing for Weight Loss

The intention of the first half of this workshop isto introduce you to the extraordinary Power Breathing technique which has a potent effect on weight loss through its effect on hormonal balancing.

These special breathing techniques have a wonderfully powerful effect on weight loss which is both lasting and fast acting.

However, despite seeing results quickly, it is not a quick fix solution as the breathing works in direct harmony with both the physical and energetic bodies.

Here are some of the effects and benefits from these techniques:

  • Heaps of extra energy!
  • Detoxification of the endocrine (hormonal) system.
  • Relief from women's ailments such as PMS, menstrual irregularities, mood swings and more.

Part 2 - Weight Loss Made Easy

This method came out of clinical observation during consciousness research at one of the biggest psychiatric practices in the world. It was discovered that by understanding and applying some simple concepts, that which had previously been baffling and unsuccessfully treated was easily handled.

The traditional medical model and also popular diet and exercise regimes do not work long term for weight loss . This is simply because no two people are alike, and no two digestive tracts or metabolic set-ups are alike. The usual weight loss methods typically bring about guilt and recrimination, resulting in loss of self-esteem and happiness.

  • Controlling the Pavlovian response
  •  Getting out of the “eating cycle”
  • Shifting states of consciousness that occur during eating.
  • How to reset the appestat in the brain
