Here are short summaries of the written testimonials of all 13 participants to the May 2009 retreat. They all rated it as ‘Fantastic’, the highest rating on the feedback form.

Going for Gold was fantastic. I got more than I could have ever imagined, beyond my wildest dreams. I seriously came looking for more bad and more demands, but what I got was I am a perfectly divine human being just as I am. I cannot ever remember being this satisfied, happy, connected, centred, loved, loving, grateful in my entire life.

My time was amazing, the best week of my life. I became very frightened the first day but then I was blown away. The fabulous music reminded my body it can move well and without self-consciousness. I could not have believed anything so great.

This week has been the biggest thing in my life, only the birth of my beloved daughter Amber Kate tops it.  I was able to release anger, feelings of low self worth, self conscious, dependence on food for emotional wellbeing, not being comfortable with my body plus so many other things. I got more than I ever expected. After my recent marriage break-up, I have been able to take ownership for what happened and also to take back my personal power. I have forgiven people in my life including my ex husband. I dug deep and have owned up to the part I played and have forgiven myself. I see the beauty in others and connect with people with an open heart. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My experience was unbelievable. It blew me away. My heart is lighter and I have reconnected with myself on all levels – intellectual, spiritual, emotional and physical.
